Purpose.
The mobile complex is intended for magnetic treatment different naval objects and the following tasks are performed:
- decrease a resultant magnetic field up to the demanded range;
- directional formation ship magnetic state;
- check ranging magnetic state of ship.
The process of magnetic treatment is based on check ranging magnetic field of naval objects. The check ranging fulfills by portable magnetic field measuring system with single axis sensors.
The mobile complex is completed by stations of a demagnetization DS:

Principle Of Demagnetization.
The dynamic demagnetization fulfills at the expense energy of an electromagnetic field electric current running through the ship. Station of a demagnetization DS is connected to the ship by complete set of a cables and special equipment. Compensation earth magnetic field (H and Z) fulfils by special coils.
New magnetic treatment allows to demagnetization naval objects without application coils wrapping around the ship and reduce energy consuming and required time.
Mobility of the complex provided with the autonomous diesel generator.
The complex transportation to the place of magnetic treatment by overland or by the sea.
The Description Of Mobile Complex.
The mobile complex comprise:
- Station of a demagnetization DS.
- Complete set of a cables and special equipment.
- Electronic data processing system for data acquisition, evaluation, presentation, station control and calculation magnetic fields of naval objects.
- Diesel engine - generator.
- Portable magnetic field measuring system
The mobile complex delivers:
- Version 1 – housed in two containers for transportation by auto transport.
- Version 2 - to equip an auxiliary vessel of the customer.
The station DS connect to the object of demagnetization by means a complete set of a cable and special equipment.
The process of demagnetization is controlled by a magnetic state of ship. Portable magnetic field measuring system with single-axis sensors check range magnetic fields.
Station of a demagnetization DS.
The station DS control the power current of demagnetization and currents compensation of earth magnetic fields. The power controlling current source demagnetization provides number of impulses electric current running through the body of the ship. Two controlling current sourse compensation of earth magnetic fields to compensate earth magnetic fields (H, Z).
The station of a demagnetization DS is housed in power control cabinets. Power transformer, thirystor voltage regulator, power rectifier diodes, reverse block and cooling unit are placed in each power control cabinet.
The station DS include:
- one controlling current source of demagnetization,
- two controlling current source of compensation earth magnetic field (H and Z).
Controlling power current sourse are switched on in bridge. The number of sources (2-4) is determined by a power of a demagnetization.

Electronic data processing system.
Electronic data processing system is intended for control of demagnetization and acquisition, evaluation, presentation calculation magnetic fields of naval objects. Allows performing:
1. control of demagnetization station DS. Selection and control the output parameters in connection with data:
- dimensions of ship;
- magnetic characteristics of the body;
- range of the geomagnetic field;
2. data processing of magnetic measurements:
- calculation of components of a magnetic field and magnetic moment of naval objects;
- calculation of parameters for adjusting control of station of a demagnetization DS;
- formation of the database.
All parameters of process are displaying and plotting.
The autonomous diesel generator set.
The diesel generator set include following components: fuel oil system, lubrication oil system, starting system, cooling system, exhaust system, control and monitoring system.
The power of the diesel generator set is determined by demagnetization current of station DS:

The portable magnetic field measuring system is intended for check ranging of vertical component a magnetic field of marine object. The single-axis underwater sensors for measurement of a field on depths up to 25 m are equipped with depth meters. The power supply - autonomous power source.
